HR Advisor

HR Advisor - International Professional Services - City, London - £40k to £45k My client is a international professional services organisation based in the City, London and they have a new role available at the HR Advisor level. You will provide a HR advisory service to your own client group through consultation, influence and effective HR management This role will provide a fantastic blend of operational and strategic HR and you will be supporting and influencing a commercial client group within the organisation. The key responsibilities for the individual will be; - Headcount and business planning - Employee development - Appraisal and remuneration - Specific project work Ideal candidate for this position will have; - Experience working at HR Advisor level - Supported own client group (circa 200) - Experience working for professional services organisations - CIPD qualified (Ideally) - Degree Educated (2:1) - Commercially minded - Strong organisational and time management skills - Excellent attention to detail - Able to manage own time and workload If you are interested in applying for this position please apply for this role or alternatively email me directly with your application.
