*HR Advisor, Experience of conducting disciplinary meetings-Liverpool-14 months-£12 p/h*

Hyphen Recruitment have an opportunity to work for a blue chip organisation based in Liverpool. Our client is looking for a HR Advisor who has previous experience of conducting capability and attendance related disciplinary meetings.

Major Accountabilities:

* To support a positive employee relations climate through the guidance and support of line managers
* To provide commercially-focused advice to line managers that takes in to account the needs of the business whilst maintaining the appropriate balance of legal risk, people impact and cost;
* To provide advice on the management of policies and casework through to conclusion;
* To participate in project teams implementing change with the focus on people and business development across all disciplines;
* To maintain stakeholder relationships with relevant HR Business Partners and Business Managers regarding collective or high profile cases as necessary;
* Managing sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations, and organisational changes, planning and protecting the security of information, data and files.
* Responding to queries from managers and employees, and from other agencies or departments.
* Exercising individual judgement while dealing with potential or real troubles on own initiative and bringing them to manager's attention
* Conducting research, gathering data and statistical reports, and maintaining statistical information.
* Keeping up current issues and matters in the organisation related to HR department.
* Supporting Managers and HR operations in the recruitment of personnel into the business.
* To ensure that key HR reporting and KPIs are produced on a timely basis, with accuracy and thought.
* Tracking of completion of annual performance management documentation
* Supporting the preparation and documentation required for the talent management process

Other responsibilities may encompass:
* Organising the delivery of training solutions, inductions, preparing training courses and all necessary material
* Organising internal learning events, liaising with external providers, associates and managers.
* To be the initial contact for all queries on training and development
* Administration of the Corporate compliance and Diversity process - acting as lead contact and facilitator
* Involvement in the recruitment processes within the business area, liaising with managers and HR operations in the prompt, efficient and effective recruitment of new employees
* Reward and recognition - responding to administrative queries, preparation of Gainshare calculations, management of Flexible benefits choices and processing
* Support the Lead HR BP in the annual merit/bonus process
* Understanding of the pension Schemes in operation and liaison with the trustees, preparation of data and organisation of meetings
* Ad hoc grading of new/amended roles
Initiation of Visa requisitions and tracking of International Assignees

Key Performance Indicators
* Ensuring all HR metrics are produced in a timely manner with accuracy
* Ensuring procedures, communication and timescales adhered to;
* Responding to any questions or issues in a timely manner
* Ensuring all internal company controls and procedures are adhered to
* To work in conjunction with HR Operations in ensuring the delivery of HR transactional activity in line with organisational requirements eg compliance, HR systems maintenance and development, reporting, payroll, etc
