- Solid experience of proactively supporting Line Managers to resolve a range of generalist HR queries
- Change management experience
- A strong commercial, business acumen
- The ability to demonstrate a customer focused approach at all times is essential
- Demonstrable experience of influencing stakeholders and building excellent working relationships
