Projektbeschreibung

My client is one of the countries largest Construction and Infrastructure provider, across both the public and private sectors.

They are currently looking for 2 HR Advisors in the Oxford area, to assist with the processing of payroll for 11500 employees. Using SAP they payroll weekly, monthly and four weekly.

Duties include:

- Advising our People Managers and HRBPs on employees statutory entitlement to SSP, SMP & SPP
- Ensuring all starters are set up correctly on SAP
- Checking leaver calculations in time for payroll
- Production of P45's for leavers
- Maintaining and updating records within various management information systems, including our case management system Remedy
- Data entry - overtime, union deductions, on-call & tax forms
- Responding to employee queries by telephone, email and letter
- Working as part of a team, but able to operate alone when required
- Reconciling the payrolls before bacs transmission
- Up skilling the front line Team
- Liaising with Mobilisation Team for both Tupe in and Tupe out
- Contributing to various projects within One HR as and when they occur

Candidates will need the following:

- Education to GCSE level (good passes in English and Maths) or equivalent
- Experience/use of MS Word and MS Excel Familiar with/exposure to management systems or other similar data entry and reporting database applications
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Conscientious and confident approach to duties with a polite, pleasant and helpful attitude
- Flexible and adaptable
