A process driven HR Advisor is required by a large research client in Liverpool. The role is required to support casework as an integral member of the HR team in order that the department deliver an efficient and high quality service to the business. The role will support training and development through the facilitation of courses and management of talent. It will also be involved in projects, casework and operational HR issues as they arise.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide a positive employee relations climate through the guidance and support of line managers
* Provide advise on the management of policies and casework through to conclusion
* Act as the main interface and key liaison with the HR team at another site in the UK.
* Manage sensitive and confidential matters like employee relations and organisational changes.
* Support the recruitment of new personnel into the business

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* CIPD Qualified
* Experienced of working as part of a HR team in a large organisation
* Good IT skills - MS Office, HR systems (ideally SAP) etc
* Experience of the recruitment process
* Good communication skills
