Projektbeschreibung

Our client is looking for an experienced individual who will be responsible for providing a high level of HR Business support including coaching, succession planning, as well as ensuring HR policies, tools and processes are implemented within a busy and fast paced IT environment.

You will act as a point of reference for HR related queries from managers and staff across various divisions. You will contribute to the review and development of human resource policies and procedures and managers in undertaking and implementing HR processes in their business areas.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Solid background as a HR Advisor with a minimum of 3 years experience.
- Extensive experience in OH&S, practices, policies and procedures and experience in case management of employees returning to work from illness or injury.
- Good computer skills (Word,Excel,Outlook) and proficient touch typing skills.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
