A large financial organisation is looking for a very experienced, proactive and flexible HR advisor to hit the ground running to cover for someone on maternity leave. You must be able to work a minimum of 24 hours a week. The candidate will have worked in a politically complex environment and have a lot of experience working with management.
You focus will be on:
-Change Project
-Pre-assessment and assessment cycle
-ArbeidsTotaalOnderzoek (ATO)
-Year plan 2013 including HR
-Ccoaching and advice
You must:
-Have a higher education/degree
-Have experience as an HR advisor in a large complex organisation
-Be very familiar with HR tools and processes
-Be customer focused
-Be fluent in Dutch and English
