HR Adviser/Junior HR Business Partner/MCIPD HR Business Partner

My London based Public Sector client is seeking a HR Adviser/Junior HR Business Partner/MCIPD HR Business Partner for a 3+ month contract.

Key Tasks for HR Adviser/Junior HR Business Partner/MCIPD HR Business Partner:
* Maintain effective relationships with leaders and managers of the organisation so that the development of people's capacity, capability and commitment is achieved
* Coach and advise the leaders and managers on the implementation and delivery of people management practices
* Promote best people practice across the organisation, presenting issues in a clear and concise way so that managers are supported to implement people policies and practices
* Monitor and interpret HR Analytics and provide recommendations for action or solutions to the Senior HR Business Partner
* Ensure the assigned client groups adopt the client's values and good practices when delivering their responsibilities of the Performance Planning and Development cycle.
* Ensure that local talent management returns and plans are delivered and that each client group has completed their 9 box Matrix responsibilities
* Support the Senior HR Business Partner in ensuring that each client group has an appropriate workforce and succession plan in place
* Support the Senior HR Business Partner in ensuring that local engagement action plans are in place and regularly reviewed
* Providing professional support to leaders and managers on a range of employee relations issues
* Support the Senior HR Business Partner and managers with business change and organisational development projects
* Build and maintain effective external relationships and alliances

Responsibilities for the HR Adviser/Junior HR Business Partner/MCIPD HR Business Partner:
* Ensure that the day to day provision of Civil Service Expert Services is timely, effective & responsive to the client's needs
* Ensure the client has effective people policies and practices in place
* Managewe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
