HPPL Pharmacist

Our client is looking for a HPPL (Hospital Pharmacy Product List) PHARMACIST to be responsible for supporting the implementation of the HPPL as well as the ongoing maintenance of the Hospital Pharmacy Product List.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Registration as a pharmacist in Australia.
- Demonstrated understanding of the healthcare industry, in particular pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical data management principles (including cataloguing and nomenclature standards).
- Demonstrated experience in medication safety and quality use of medicines initiatives.
- Computer literate in the core Microsoft Office applications and preferably with experience of i.Pharmacy.
- Excellent written and oral communications skills, including meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional organisational skills and proven ability to work unsupervised and deliver results in accordance with program timeframes.
- Proven ability to deal with professional, clinical and managerial personnel at both junior and senior levels, using appropriate sensitivities and work collaboratively with a range of organisations and external service providers.
- Capacity and willingness to travel to locations within NSW regional towns and centres occasionally.
