HP Unix Specialist

Specialist - HP Unix, (HPUX):

Services giant is urgently looking for an experienced HP Unix Specialist on a 6-12 months + contract based in Riyadh and Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for senior system administrators for HP Unix (HPUX).

You will have Experience with HPUX with Service Guard and HP VM is required.This position is responsible for server, storage and backup administration, second level troubleshooting and ongoing support.

Provide on-call 24x7 support on scheduled basis. In this position, the candidate will provide front line support for infrastructure and application Servers and be responsible for server, storage and backup
administrative support functions.

You must have experience on Performs a variety of installation, and administrative and maintenance tasks on selected infrastructure and application Servers (including security patches, application upgrades, BIOS/firmware, storage zoning, allocations and migrations, security permissions, etc.)

Will you have experience in Providing server build and deployment services, Assist in troubleshooting and diagnostics of server and storage problems (hardware and software)
Work closely with other infrastructure support & engineering areas to ensure stability and security of our production environment. Candidates should possess B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent. Provide 24-hour on-call support on a weekly rotation.
