HP Testing Project Manager - Quality Center/ALM
HP Testing Project Manager. We are looking for a talented individual to join a fantastic client of ours based in Dublin. We are looking for someone who can start immediately.
JOB SUMMARY
1. Overall 12+ years of experience in IT, at least more than 4 years of management experience
2. Have worked with Banking clients
3. Worked on HP suite of Performance testing products - Quality Centre/ALM 11.0
4. Strong fundamentals of Non-functional Testing & OAT
5. Aware about the process for NFT and OAT
6. Must have managed multiple projects on NFT (Performance Testing, Security) & OAT in a shared services model
7. Past hands on experiences on NFT, OAT test planning, Tools
8. Good understanding on Performance testing Metrics, Process & tools
9. Must have exposure to working in a Geo-diversified team - Onshore & Off shore model
10. Strong Communication Skills - written, oral and presentation skills
11. Customer and Business Stakeholder Management
12. Strong on Microsoft MPP, Excel, Word
13. Project & Program Management skills
