We are urgently looking for two HP SM 7 CONSULTANTS for an initial 12 MONTHS CONTRACT based in BRUSSELS. (applications will be accepted till 29th November in the morning)
Skills and Experience:
- HP SERVICE MANAGER 7: administration and implementation experience
- HP CONNECT-IT: administration and implementation experience
- FRENCH AND DUTCH (fluent in one of these languages + at least a basic knowledge of the other language)
- ORACLE
- UNIX
Duties:
Analysis and implementation in HP SM 7 of different needs in the context of
- Change management processes imlementation
- Release management processes implementation.
- Customizing of existing processes (incident and problem management).
- Fine tuning and administration of the current implementation.
