Brussels
6 Month Day Contract - €DOE
A leading financial services business based in Brussels is currently looking to hire a HP Service Manager Developer Specialist to join their IT Domain Information System Management on an interim basis for 6 months.
You will deliver and maintain operational services in the area Service and Configuration Management Tool. You will also be responsible for ensuring the integration of this tool with other operational and business entities and service providers.
Being the HP Service Manager Developer (level 3) you will be responsible for:
- The development, maintenance and management for the service management tools
- The documentation of implemented functionalities and interfaces
- The implementation of standard requests submitted by clients
- The conception and contribution to the delivery of specific requests addressed by clients
- The definition and follow-up of user tests in the QA environment
Required Experience:
- HP Service Manager 9 development experience
- Webservices and XML implementation
- Knowledge with Connect-IT
- Knowledge about Business Objects
- Basic understanding of Unix/Linux
