Competances: Able to handle concurrent incidents, extensive problem solving, introducing major changes.
Systematic thinking, able to analyse and solve problems, gathering of relevant information, details, focused, teamplayer, work under pressure, exercise flexibility.
Duties: Monitor systems, networks, applications and periphery (hardware & software), report and react to incidents, in accordance with protocols (24/7 continuety).
