HP ALM Architect/Administrator

HP ALM Architect/Administrator is required. This is an EXCEPTIONAL opportunity to work with an EXTRAORDINARY and hugely SUCCESSFUL company.

TECHNICAL SKILL SETS - - Minimum 5 years of HP ALM/Quality Centre experience

- ISTQB Certified
- Must have extensive experience of customisation/administration of the HP ALM/QC tool
- Must be experienced in HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) software or HP Quality Center (QC) software
- Direct work experience as an architect/admin of HP-ALM tool and setting up QA workflows for full life cycle usage of HP ALM
- Advanced understanding of HP ALM customisation and configuration
- Extensive experience of full life usage of HP ALM/Quality Centre within a large programme of work
- Architect/Maintain/Support a large instance or HP ALM
- Create customized workflows providing multiple integration points between ALM and existing tools within the organisation.
- Provide multiple layers of reporting information across a large programme through HP ALM
- Experience of document generation, importing and exporting data through HP ALM
- Develop ALM workflows integrating internal tools for defect tracking, release management, requirements, test planning, test execution reports and graphs to assess the product/release life cycle.
- Experience in working with project team and business stakeholders

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS

- Expert knowledge of application operations
- HP/Mercury certified
- Expert abstract reasoning, problem isolation and troubleshooting skills
- Good knowledge of ITIL practices
- Experienced in working under pressure and tight deadlines
