HORIZON TECHNICAL SPECIALIST, INTEGRATION, SUPPORT, JAVA DEVELOPMENT, EQUITY DERIVATIVES, DELTA1

Our client is recruiting for a Horizon Technical Specialist to work with users and IT staff across all regions to gather business requirements and then deliver them in a robust/responsive way. The role holder will work in the Horizon Dev Team integrating and supporting the Java Development Background Team. Horizon is being demised in the next 18 Months, changing to Falcon as the new Trading Platform so need someone to work mainly on integration and support.

IDEALLY ALL APPLICANTS WILL HAVE WORKED WITH HORIZON IN A MAJOR INVESTMENT/CORPORATE/INTERNATIONAL BANK, ALONG WITH THE FOLLOWING:

- Experience of Java development
- In depth knowledge of FIX and Reuters RMDS
- Experience in integrating Horizon with static data, exchange connectivity, direct market data, pricing libraries and downstream feeds.
- Knowledge of Equity Derivatives products, pricing and trading;
- Knowledge of Delta1 products, pricing and trading;
- Record of building and managing vendor relationships;
