HLR and STP Operations and Maintenance Engineer

Projektbeschreibung

1. Alarm, Fault, Backup Management
1) Root cause analysis on detection of issue with SLA period;
2) Analysis of alarms trends and quality to improve the maintenance practice.
3) Tracking fault history. Updating and Maintenance a fault report for future reference;

2. Operation Management
1) Handle and analyze Customer Service Requests and recommend timely actions and solutions to Customer.
2) Prepare and perform the network configuration, implement network changes to solve the network issue or optimize the network.

3. Performance Management
1) Analysis of Cause, effect and correlation of KPI's to Alarm
2) Reporting the KPI's violation to the associate stakeholders and manage the clearance of the problem.
3) Study the KPI trend performing network optimization to improve performance for all M2M network equipment.

4. Events Management
1) Special events planning/attending and resource allocation;
2) Hourly basis KPI reporting;
3) Output the final report of the event;
4) Full reporting of Events KPI's and faults to all Stakeholders and Management
5) Evaluation of network behavior on events and putting action plans to avoid any observed risks in further events.

5. Reports Management
1) Preparation & Submission of Daily Reports for all systems for monitoring overall KPIs.
2) Imitative system checking, even there is no alarm. Output the report according to customized template.
3) Reports specific to certain critical network entities that need special attention on a daily basis.
4) Preparation & Submission of Hardware Fault Report on a weekly basis.
5) Preparation & Submission of Fault Ticketing Report on a daily basis.
6) Outage reports for all systems per incident & one full summary report per month with preventive action to avoid similar outage.

6. Network Maintenance SOP Implement
2) Output the report of system health check quarterly;

7. Emergency Issue Management
1) 7*24 on call should be available for network issue.
2) Onsite support for critical issue when require.

PROFESSIONAL RELATED WORKING EXPERIENCE

1.Bachelors or masters in telecommunication.
2.At least 4 years related work experience in telecommunication or operator network operation and maintenance;
3.At least 3 year GPRS/WCDMA-PS experience;
4.At least 2 year Huawei related equipment's experience;
