RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analysis of software and operating systems
IT installations
User administration
Troubleshooting
Documentation
Application configuration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Entry level IT experience
Solid desktop support and troubleshooting skills
Hands-on experience with a variety of hardware platforms running Windows Operating systems
Degree, certificate or equivalent training a plus
