QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years experience in both break-fix and desktop support All Lenovo environment
- A+ preferred
- Strong hardware break-fix experience
- Strong knowledge in Win7 (configuration, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Good experience around virus/spyware/malware removal
- Imaging and data backup
- Outlook and office experience
- Encryption experience a plus
- Hard worker and go getter to survive in a fast-paced environment
