Our client is the leading computer components manufacturer seeking a Help Desk Technician for a contract opportunity.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

Asset Management

- Inventory
- Collect
- Disposition
- Recondition
- Assign
- Distribute

Install

- Image (OS, Desktop and Laptop)
- Configure (OS, Desktop and Laptop)
- Deploy (OS, Desktop and Laptop + peripherals, networked peripherals)

Repair

- Troubleshoot (Advance, Desktop and Laptop)
- Troubleshoot (Intermediate, Servers, networked peripherals) - Primarily Windows Systems
- Fix (Desktop and Laptop)
- Fix (Servers, networked peripherals)

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Good customer service skills
- Good verbal and written communications skills
- Able to multitask with no loss of performance
- Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and Office suites
- Ability to follow processes and procedures

This contract positions is expected to be 1 year in duration.
