HELP DESK SUPPORT TECHNICIAN DALLAS, TX CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

We need candidates that have a strong customer service and administration background.

THIS WILL BE AN AFTERHOURS AND WEEKEND CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ROLE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists with the operating activities of one or more departments and/or branches, and assists the company in relation to policies, practices, and attainment of operating goals
- Ensures complete and accurate information is being processed
- Responsible for the administrative duties related to Operations, including requesting, gathering, and organizing data from field organizations vendors and customers received via Email and Systemic interface
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs
- Shift flexibility
- Willingness to work as a team player
- Ability to function within a multicultural geographically diverse environment
- Ability to quickly learn new processes and functions provided by management
- Ability prioritize duties to ensure SLA/OLA guidelines are met
- Strong ability to evaluate case notes while maintaining accuracy
- Strong aptitude for attention to detail
