TECHNICIAN WITH A+ AND HP PRINTER EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Diagnose and repair experience of Laser printers and MFPs
- Manage user expectations on tasks performed (ie schedule events with the end user)
- Work productively with minimal supervision
- Work well under pressure and deliver high level SLA targets to the customer
- Escalate any issues to the Technical Services Manager (ie user complaints, technical, equipment, scheduling)
- Adhere to Asset Management policies and procedures
- Install and configure printer hardware
- Update and close tickets on a helpdesk ticketing system
REQUIREMENTS
- A+ certification required
- HP printer break/fix experience required
- HP printer certifications a plus
- Service Manager experience a plus
- Must have reliable transportation
- High School diploma required
