RESPONSIBILITIES:
Representative will facilitate add, change and delete access requests to the primary domain securely and appropriately along with provisioning access to proprietary applications. Seasoned representatives will be responsible for mentoring new team members, aiding in the creation and sustainment of repeatable processes, providing support for higher level technical issues, partnering with internal Tier partners and ensuring the service desk is supporting the customer base appropriately. Focus on monitoring queues, following escalation criteria, required adherence to SOX/PCI policies while ensuring the customer's service requests are processed as quickly and securely as possible.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years Help Desk support experience and/or 1+ year Account Administration
- Experience with enterprise class identity management solutions preferred
- Ability to thrive independently with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, evolving environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks including data entry activities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal critical to success
- Handles requests and en-user interaction in the best interest of both customer and company
- Strong troubleshooting skills a must
- Ideal candidate will be a self-starter interested in sharing insight and experience in an effort to build a World Class IT environment
- Ability to work non-standard business hours
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
