SKILLS NEEDED:
- Solid experience of working on a Service Desk
- Excellent problem solving skills including recognizing previous issues raised
- The ability to explain problems and solutions clearly to non-technical users
- The ability to priorities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work alone or as part of a team
- The ability to understand when escalation is required and the escalation process
- Good organizational skills
- Quick learner
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pro-active
- Excellent desktop skills
- Takes initiative
- Problem management
- Knowledge/troubleshooting of Windows 7
- Knowledge and experience of E2E migration of users to Windows 7 preferred
- Knowledge and experience of deployments and projects preferred
- Experience using the Service Now Incident Management Call Logging system preferred
