Projektbeschreibung
We are primarily looking for customer service skills and ticket handling experience. The Helpdesk team is Tier 1 Support, triaging all incoming calls and emails. This candidate will work tickets using wiki documents to resolution. If not able to resolve, s/he documents the steps they have performed and escalate to Tier 2 Support. Hours are M-F 8 5 PM, no weekend work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Help Desk experience (1-3 years) required
- Customer Relations (1-3 years) required
- Ticketing System experience (1-3 years) required
- Basic knowledge of Unix (Power User) required
- Knowledge of Networking optional/preferred
- Ability to demonstrate customer service skills, good communication skills and the ability to perform troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Eagerness for career development, great attitude, personality, etc.
This contract position is expected to be 12 months in duration.
