Do you enjoy helping users with computer hardware and software issues? Are you a skilled troubleshooter? If so, we want to hear from you! Our client is searching for a Help Desk Support Analyst for a project in Arizona.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Gather user information, and analyze computer hardware, software and application issues.
- Work closely with internal and external support staff to define and resolve problems.
- Create and maintain system documentation and procedures and user security files.
- Authorize user access rights and encryption.
- Escalate problem appropriately.

SKILLS:

- Associates Degree in Computer Science or related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least three years of experience with helpdesk support services.
- Help Desk Support Center Analyst certification preferred.
