Your main responsibilities will be to provide service desk support by resolving clients incidents and accurately logging the resolution, or investigative work performed, into a service desk database. You will work closely with the team to identify appropriate levels of escalation. It is important to deliver a high degree of customer service for all support queries
TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:
- Previous Helpdesk experience
- Excellent telephone manner
- Experience of using call logging software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems - Experience using and troubleshooting MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and Outlook 2007
- Understanding of PC hardware set-up and configuration
- MCP Certification would be desirable and ITIL understanding highly desirable
