Experience with ICD10 Preferred.

Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures. Provide end user support and timely issue resolution for ICD10 software. Candidate must have experience with helpdesk support as well as Back End programming knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities:
Provide support and daily issue resolution. Respond to help desk tickets within established service levels. Work to research and document help desk tickets which become maintenance and enhancement requests. Provide a timely response to telephone and email requests from users. Follow up with development group and product manager to identify and resolve problems with the applications. Maintain and update end-user documentation for the application. Work with the Technology Training Group as needed to train end-users for offices world wide, including the creation and update of training materials. Provide timely communication to users and product manager regarding all aspects of the products. Responsible for setting up and maintaining user permissions. Prepare monthly reports/indicators regarding user requests and performance statistics. Responsible for complex and multi-faceted issues within one or more information technology areas. Is a subject matter expert to whom leadership reaches out to with regards to his/her specialization within information technology. Requires strong analytical skills and significant interpretation of data.
