HELP DESK SUPPORT

HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY/8:00AM - 4:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Global User Coordination Team delivers 2nd level operations support, purchasing, and specific user administration functions. They are accountable for executing on technology requests and user setup issues for Global IT worldwide. They will work in conjunction with our Infrastructure team to deliver services that have significant business impact. The role has primary responsibility for executing on operationally excellent service delivery.

Candidates for this position are expected to have experience with working on computers. Using applications like MS Excel (required), MS SharePoint (optional).

Has had previous experience in coordinating work with other teams, excellent communication skills - both verbal and written, quick learner, and follow established procedures. Candidate also needs to be able to work with little supervision with a willingness to perform routine tasks. Accuracy and attention to detail is a must

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES (PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES)
Ensure successful off-boarding, maintenance of Global IT team members with respect to technology (ID's, hardware, software, physical and logical security)
Demonstrated commitment to uphold internal controls.
Work with SharePoint or Excel
Work with little supervision
Perform User Coordination duties (off-boarding of staff, manage inventory, peripheral requests, phone requests, hardware, software, physical and logical security)
Coordinate with other teams (ITSB and EDS)
Ensure proper controls are in place for Information Protection
