REQUIRED SKILLS
Required minimum qualifications and skills:
-Any combination of post-secondary education in Business, Information technology or related IT field and two (2) years of experience in computing, problem solving, and/or troubleshooting
-One (1) year help desk and/or call center software experience (such as RightNow and/or Cisco Call Center), knowledge of current network and desktop operating systems and expert knowledge of email, instant messaging and computer telephony integrated applications
DESIRED SKILLS
-The ability to work well under stress
- Ability to work independently as well as a member of a team
-Ability to speak effectively to discuss personal computer system topics with students, staff, and faculty
-Ability to write technical/user documentation
