Projektbeschreibung

Assists clients in defining their requirements, and recommends appropriate application alternatives.
Prepares documentation and conducts training sessions. Participation in the evaluation of new
application packages and the identification of anticipated systems requirements for planning purposes.
Researches and recommends the most effective training methods to meet needs. Assists with the
coordination and scheduling of classes. Responds to client staffs telephone inquiries concerning
support, processing or request procedures, systems status and network connectivity, and a variety of
hardware and software problems of all installed application hardware and software products supported
by data processing. Records inquiries, repair and service requests, resolves or directs requests to
appropriate technical area or vendor, tracks status and follows up to ensure client satisfaction. Previous experience at least one year with systems and applications programming and technical training. Two years experience as a Pharmacy Technician required. Knowledge of project planning/management; database management; data processing techniques &software hardware capabilities. Ability to demonstrate analytical and communication skills. Familiarity with pharmaceutical operations preferred. Must be able to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment

JOB SUMMARY
Develops, modifies, maintains and documents applications. Consults with and provides technical guidance to clients.
Develops, conducts, and evaluates comprehensive, technical training programs to teach region-wide employees how to use computer systems effectively.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and analytical skills. Articulate, organized, and methodical.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1st Level Pharmacy System end user support, triage problems, enter/edit Remedy tickets,
LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE: Min 3 to 5 years
LEVEL OF EDUCATION REQUIRED: HS Diploma or GED
DESIRED SKILLS: Technical aptitude.
