The Help Desk Specialist is position hours are 8am - 8pm, Monday through Friday. Shifts may vary, and will be assigned by our client, based on business need and call volume.
The responsibilities for the Help Desk Specialist are as follow:
Must have good general customer service, phone, computer and technical support skills
1+ year's prior Technical Support/Helpdesk experience
Internet savvy (knows how to delete cookies, etc.)
Must have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Must have the ability to work in a fast paced, multitask environment
Must be able to demonstrate initiative, a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
