We are currently looking for a Help Desk with a short experience in it who speaks NL FR and EN.
You will work as a contractor until the end of the year with a potential extension of 1 year.
Your main responsibilities will be:
SW Support "on site" of PC and MS Office and "mobile devices"
HW support "on site" of PCand peripherals
Preparation of meeting rooms ( IT material)
Your skills
1 year xp in similar environment
XP of a ticketing tool
Good knowledge of ITIL principles
