Yoh has a contract opportunity for a HELP DESK ASSOCIATE/MAINFRAME CONSOLE OPERATOR to join our client in Alpharetta, GA. This temporary/contract position is for approximately (12) months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software. Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume. Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems.
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.
- Work schedule includes some weekends and shift work.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Two (2) years of related experience.
- A viable candidate should have a working knowledge of the following: JCL, MVS, TSO/ISPF/SDSF, JES2, MQ, DB2, CICS/IMS HDFS, IBM Tivoli Enterprise, NetMaster, NDM, Omegamon and VTAM.
