Projektbeschreibung

6 mo-1 year renewable contract possible right to hire for a help desk specialist with 1-5 years experience. The hours for this are 4, 10 hour days, such as Wed-Sun. or Sun-Wed, either 11-10pm or something on that range - and will include a weekend day. N. Charlotte - area - near Mooresville.

Ideal candidate will have an AAS Degree in IT or A+ or Net+ certification and 1 year help desk or call center experience.

The position is all phone support providing troubleshooting for Windows 7, MS Office Suite, Printer and PC connectivity issues. Basic level 1 support for both hardware and software.

Experience troubleshooting iphones, ipads, or MACbooks highly desired. Must have strong customer service skills.

Any knowledge or training in Linux/Unix is highly desired, any Network or Cisco experience is also desired.

Local candidates only - Onsite interviews required.

Must be able to pass 20 year criminal background check and drug screen.
