Yoh has a contract opportunity for a HELP DESK II to join our client in Raleigh, NC.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Provide day-to-day IT desktop support for internal customers (employees and contractors).
- Single point of customer resolution for all desktop technology devices including desktops, laptops, cell phone, Blackberry, printing, Wireless networking, etc.
- Provide technical support for remote access with hardware devices.
- Coordinate technical activities related to updating customer devices to assure security and compliance management.
- Lead campus-wide projects related to campus support and IT initiatives through research, testing, project development and rollout plans.
- Drive IT Services process improvements.
- Participate in creating and delivering end-user documentation and training.
- Work to reduce hardware and software deployment times and to automate campus-wide deployment processes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Three to five (3-5) years of experience in role.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or IT preferred.
