TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
- This is a Help Desk position working with e-mail support and e-mail configuration migration with outlook.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Technical Support (email configuration) will Provide Tier I technical support for designated proprietary software products ensuring that service level and customer satisfaction agreements are met. This is primarily done over the phone and via email communications.
- CONFIGURE CLIENTS OUTLOOK TO POINT TO CLIENT'S EXCHANGE SERVERS
- Technical Support (email configuration) will Follow up with users to ensure that their email migration is seamless
- Technical Support (email configuration) will Configure users cell phones (iPhone/Android), tablets, and laptops.
- Provide detailed and comprehensive incident documentation in Siebel incident tracking database.
- Proper escalation of incidents to management.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Requires at least one year of experience in a similar position.
- MUST HAVE STRONG EMAIL CONFIGURATION AND OR MIGRATION EXPERIENCE
- Troubleshooting Skills.
- Solid working knowledge of PC based computer hardware and software required; experience in a software development customer service environment preferred.
