Experience:
- Software: Microsoft Office 2007/Microsoft office 2010
- Server: Windows 2003/Windows 2008/Active Directory/Exchange 2010/VoIP (Shortel)
- Hardware: Desktops/Laptop/IPhone/IPADs/Droid phones/Printers/Scanners/Plotters
- PLUS: Documentation Management/SQL Commands
