RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Handles more complex problems or malfunctions of systems application, hardware and software.
- Responsible for day to day operations of Help Desk and some analysis on call volume.
- Recognize, research, isolate and resolve information systems problems.
- Coordinate referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training, and follow-up.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with the following: CISCO Routers, HP Switches, Linux Servers, Unix Servers, Windows Servers, OSI Model, Switching, Routing, Wireless LAN, Access Points, AS400, PeopleSoft.
