Health & Safety Manager (maintenance) - 6 months

Amoria Bond are looking for a Health & Safety Manager for one of our key clients in the automotive industry.

The contract is initially 6 months and to be based at my clients site in the West Midlands.

The successful Health & Safety Manager will be helping to support and manage safety actions in preparation of my clients QEHS Audit.

Key Skills:
*Background in manufacturing maintenance engineering (electrical background is advantageous)
*Solid automotive background ideally tier 1 supplier level
*Plastic manufacturing knowledge is desirable
*Minimum 3 years in management
*PLC knowledge (ideally Siemens)
*Apprenticeship trained

Key responsibilities:
*To help support and manage safety actions for the QEHS audit within the manufacturing facility
*Review and improve quality and safety procedures
*Help support PLC programming of plastic moulded equipment
*Manage a team of manufacturing and maintenance engineers

Rates are negotiable and competitive Dependent upon experience.
