Key responsibilities:-

Development of observational research protocols and the gaining of approval from internal review boards, as well as external where required
Support of affiliate Health Economics needs as set out by strategy development, disease understanding, product differentiation and ad hoc technical support
Interacting and engagement with regional and global cross functional teams in order to ensure strategy alignment, dissemination of results and to define further research
Supporting project design with a view to support affiliate needs, eg Value Communication tools, Value Story etc
Provision of technical advice on Health Economics projects to affiliates eg Indirect Treatment comparisons, evidence generation and Payer interactions

Responsibilities:- Integration with a global research team in order to support the asset, as well as with regional business units aligned with the strategy, tracking and executing the GHE plan and delivering goals.
Responsibility for the budget responsibility and development of staff directly and in affiliate level
Designing of European evidence generation plans and development/approval of research project plans and their execution.
Supporting development and communication of the Global Value Dossier (GVD) and final value propositions as well as the validation of the regional dossiers in order to check their consistency with the GVD.
Supporting adaptation of core economic models with vendors and European affiliates to adapt core economic models for regional use.
Assistance in the development, creation, and review of the European HTA Dossiers for relevant Oncology launch assets
Designing or approval of GHE-related aspects such as statistical analysis plan (SAP) of observational studies and interventional trials and consults on study execution.
Development and overseeing of relevant meta-analysis, PRO, systematic review, utility measurement or other outcomes research study as determined by product evidence generation plans/strategy
Communication and engagement with GVAP staff and European cross functional teams
Coordination of European evidence generation activities to ensure affiliate HTA needs are fulfilled and cross functional alignment is achieved
Preparation of GHE publications
Development or consultation on global reimbursement strategy

Your profile:

MSc in Health Economics with a background in economics or in a quantitative field (such as statistics, biostatistics, epidemiology or engineering).
Experience in protocol development and design of real world evidence studies
Minimum of 5-year relevant working experience in the pharmaceutical industry consultancy, academia, reimbursement agencies or equivalent.
Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated skills in project management.
Fluency in English.

Ideally:

Experience in publication development
Experience with HTA interactions
Experience in performing literature reviews.
Previous experience in oncology and/or hematology
