Edelway is a Swiss leading pharmaceutical services company.
On behalf of our global client based in Zug are we are actively looking for a Project Manager Health Economics/HTA to join their team.
Start: ASAP
Duration: 1 - 2 years +
Role: The Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Project Manager will play a critical role in the HTA Center of Excellence (COE).
You will bring energy and expertise, working closely with the Head of the HTA COE and under the direction of the HTA COE Leads to actively partner with country Global Value and Access (GV&A) and global staff to manage access and reimbursement deliverables, including national reimbursement submissions, payer engagement briefing documents, and global value dossiers (GVDs).
You will engage with multiple functions at all levels across Therapeutic Areas to ensure seamless integration of HTA COE.
Responsibilities:
1. Actively work to improve and strengthen HTA activities by developing a deep understanding of existing GVA working process, documents, and key cross-functional interfaces.
2. Interact and work closely with key regions/affiliates to support their country/regional specific HTA needs.
3. Leverage internal working practices outside of GV&A to support HTA COE processes.
4. Prepare metrics and reporting tools that document the progress of HTA COE build and ongoing HTA COE activity.
5. Partner with country affiliates to develop a work plan for the governance of submissions, briefing documents and/or GVDs
6. Manage the timelines and governance process for key deliverables, including briefing documents, GVDs and submissions
7. Facilitate team meetings and key communications in accordance to established HTA COE Processes.
8. Partner with Medical Writers, HTA Adaptation Specialists and translation vendor where needed to facilitate availability of dossiers in appropriate language for governance and submission
Your profile:
* Project Management experience with timelines, key communications, meeting facilitation, stakeholder management, risk management.
* Have worked on teams that have submitted key external dossiers - ideally HTA dossiers or similar such dossiers.
* Project manage GVD development teams and related process to ensure timely delivery and governance of GVD modules, appropriate communications and stakeholder alignment
* Establish and make transparent to stakeholders reimbursement timelines for delivery of core materials and national submissions (cross-functionally linked to appropriate development, regulatory and commercial milestones)
* Manage production of selected national submissions, including global/local interactions where appropriate
* Manage HTA COE process for national reimbursement submissions, including the strategy kick off meeting, dossier production, critical path activities (including model approval), and governance and translation process
