This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Interim OD & Learning Professional to join our North London based NHS client for an initial period of 3 months to provide cover for the Head of Organisational & Learning post whilst a permanent person is recruited.

You will help drive the development of capability and culture within the organisation to help them achieve their vision of being the leading provider of the services they offer. You will work with the Organisational strategy and the leaders across the Trust to ensure they achieve this vision and the strategic objectives.

This role has had a dedicated resource in place to date and an overall OD strategy now exists. You will be responsible for making sure this work continues. Some of the areas currently being focussed on are: Staff engagement, Values and Behaviours.

Key skills and experience required:

- A solid background in operating at a senior level managing the development of organisations and their workforce.
- Previous experience within the NHS
- Implementation of leadership frameworks
- Ability to manage senior relationships effectively
- A Starter/Finisher

Desirable:

- Experience developing such areas as Staff engagement, Values and behaviours

Interview for this role will be held week commencing 3rd of June and you should be available to start the following week.
