My client, a leading bank require a Head of Operations to join their global organisation.
Skills/Experience (required):
In depth understanding of best practice in the field of Contact Centre operations, Back Office processing and their infrastructure, eg IT and resource planning and measurement systems; Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures; Good knowledge of Group structures and interfaces; Good knowledge of Control Management and Corporate Governance; Good knowledge of Business Disciplines (eg Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, IT); Thorough knowledge of Audit and Operational Risk requirements and compliant practices; Management of suppliers both on and offshore.
Responsibilities (will include, but not be limited to):
Through leadership of allocated Operations functions be accountable for overall achievement of performance metrics, service standards and contribution to the Performance Objectives; Customer experience; Control management; Sales growth and income contribution; Cost management; Operational effectiveness and efficiency; Employee satisfaction; Build, develop and motivate high-performing teams at all levels that are committed to achieving success through each other; Responsible for the performance management of all staff under their control (1:1s, performance management etc) in accordance with the Bank's standards.
