Head of Operations / Interimmanager (m/w/d)

Projektbeschreibung

Ensure our operations run smoothly and continues improvement in the productivity. Covering production at third party, aftersales service and supporting the ram up of new products in the Business Unit.

Detail responsibilities:
- Formulate business strategy with others in the executive team
- Design policies that align with overall strategy
- Implement efficient processes and standards
- Coordinate customer service operations and find ways to ensure customer retention
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions throughout the organization
- Manage contracts and relations with customers, vendors, partners and other stakeholders
- Evaluate risk and lead quality assurance efforts
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits
- Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement
- Report on operational performance and suggest improvements

• Leading all operational functions of the business sector incl. outsourced production, supply chain man-agement/logistics, service, and interface to commercial entities
• Key mission is to efficiently drive customer success through the entire value chain whilst ensuring con-formity with medical device regulation
• Outsourced production: Manage production via external OEM partners incl. design transfer from R&D in-to production, technical development of production site, supply planning, product realization and steering of product maintenance process. Responsible for conformity of production and related KPI.
• Logistics: Responsible to move products from source (production sites) to sales entities and where possible end customers incl. the management of external distribution centers globally. Manage inventory control and on-time-delivery.
• Service: Drive continuous development of global service template, process framework in Salesforce.com and skill development, manage 2nd level service for hardware (incl. repair process), software and digital solution and explore future service elements (contracts, licenses, subscriptions). Overall aim is to offer seamless and positive service touchpoints and competitive resolution mean time.
• Sales interface: manage interface to sales entities globally, manage market readiness (e.g. product re-lease to market), sales forecasting, order management
• Key interfaces are with R experience in an international multidisciplinary environment.
+ Experience in regulatory requirements in medical technology
+ Familiarity with all business functions including HR, finance, supply chain and IT
+ Experience with implementing IT system
+ Knowledge of data analytics and reporting, good with numbers and financial planning
+ Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
+ Excellent organizational and leadership ability
+ Analytical mind, Problem-solving aptitude
+ contract: freelancer or permanent employee
