You will be working for a tier 1 retail bank developing the mortgage intermediary strategy for the business.

Within the role you will be developing and implementing a plan to leverages a competitive advantage and develop strong commercial relationships.

You must of course ensure adherence to regulatory compliance in order to mitigate commercial and operational loss.

As this is a very senior role you will be responsible for the Procurement Fee strategy, intermediary negotiation and delivery of changes shaped by distribution model and customer segments.

Experience and Values Required:

- Recognised as an industry expert.
- Worked in a Multi-brand environment.
- Proven record of developing strategies, customer propositions and detailed sales plans.
- Able to translate national account strategies and to lead change to achieve these goals.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage risk effectively, take calculated risks and implement appropriate and commercial mitigation strategies.
- Proven ability to drive for new and innovative ways of meeting customer needs.
- Proven ability to manage across the breadth of the Balanced Scorecard, managing with appropriate weighting each of the component parts.
- Ensure the customer is at the heart of the business but also achieve P&L goals.
- Is emotionally resilient
