Head of Mobile Channel Development & Roadmap - Open to Flexibility

As Head of Mobile Channel Development & Roadmap, you'll be part of one of the most innovative parts of our business. We are on the journey to become a digital powerhouse with the ultimate goal of being the 'go-to' digital bank in the UK, so you'll own and drive the digital channel agenda by shaping, defining and developing customer-centric propositions and experiences. We'll also look to you to connect existing and new digital initiatives together for a seamless customer experience.

Our Digital Banking team is one of the most innovative parts of our business, and the perfect environment for anyone with digital experience in an e-commerce background. The aim here is to make Barclays the 'go-to' digital bank in the UK, and even though they've only been around for 13 years, they process over 1.7m transactions per day and have over 3.4m customers.

As Head of Mobile Channel Development and Roadmap, your main responsibilities will involve:
* Leading the Mobile Channel Development & Delivery team
* Working with the Channel Propositions, Channel Optimisation and Third-Party Capability Integration teams to achieve a coherent channel offering
* Driving the delivery roadmap across Mobile and delivering class-leading functionality to customers across all screens
* Jointly managing the digital adoption plan, focusing on how we increase our base of digitally active customers
* Demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a matrix structure

As Head of Mobile Channel Development and Roadmap, your skills and qualifications will include:
* Experience of digital channel development and delivery - including planning, case creation, user- experience design, customer research and usability testing
* Understanding of customer centric design techniques
* Problem solving skills, including the ability to apply creative and innovative thinking, challenge the status quo and drive beneficial process improvements
* Strong commercial perspective - and an ability to communicate the Digital Banking strategy and the commercial consequences of proposition design decisions to stakeholders
* Supplier, stakeholder and customer relationship management skills, including the ability to negotiate, agree and then manage the scope of activities
