We have a requirement for an an experienced interim Consultant to lead the development of a Group wide complaint management strategy for a major Financial Services organisation and to ensure that the organisation maintains an industry wide leading edge reputation. This is a key control function with responsibility for complaint handling, Embedded within the Group Customer Conduct Risk Management framework.
The ideal person for this assignment will have experience of direct dialogue with the regulators (FOS, FCA).
However, candidates with relevant FS experience and a demonstrable track record of the following would also be of interest:
Leadership experience at a Senior level
Senior stakeholder management up to ExCo
Experience of leading large scale transformation/big programmes
Evidence of helping, guiding and shaping large teams to deliver
