My Consultancy Client is looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to manage and improve the organisational processes to ensure the delivery of marketing excellence which will support the firms strategic priorities.

The roleholder will have responsibilities within Financial Management, People Management and Operations.

The successful candidate will have strong Stakeholder Management skills as engagement will be required from Board level down.

A strong strategic background is required, as is experience of working within complex and/or matrixed organisations.

A proven track record of delivering transformation/change is essential.
