Spring Technology are looking for a Head of Media, External Communications & Marketing for our public sector client based in Liverpool.

Key tasks include:
* Develop and implement a corporate communications strategy and provide general and strategic external communications advice across the business
* Provide advice as appropriate and required on corporate ID & branding to adopt a consistent approach and standard
* Manage and deliver customer communications to a professional standard
* Establish and maintain an appropriate infrastructure to effectively monitor and manage the reputation of the business
* Take the lead on media relations maximising both proactive and reactive engagement
* Implement an effective stakeholder management framework, enabling the effective sharing of lessons learned
* Deliver communication to the board as appropriate ensuring members are kept updated on media, communication & political areas of interest
* Take the lead on public affairs requirements
* Deliver effective marketingwe welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
